Abdelatieff was the very best guide we could have hoped for. He knew Morocco's entire history, so much about its culture, and has trusted colleagues throughout the region who proved to be the very best vendors for all that we sought -- whether great food, the best rugs, or fabulous ceramics. We are indebted to him for being so good to us. We became friends. A brilliant and dear man.
